Check-in

Check-in begins at 2:00 pm on Friday. There are absolutely no cars allowed in camp unless they were already cleared by the security committee. Event staff will be able to direct you to designated parking areas. You will be shuttled from Camp Reeves to Camp Durant with your gear.

Medical Forms

Make sure to turn in your Medical Form part A and B at Conclave check-in. Part C is not needed. It is very important that you bring this so there is a smooth registration process for everyone

Meals

Meals will be provided for everyone who signed up. All meals will be served at a dining facility so no need to bring your own cookware. Please don’t forget to thank the cook crew for their service. A copy of the meals for this event can be found below.

IMPORTANT: If you or your child has a food allergy. Special accommodations WILL NOT be made. You will need to provide your own food.

Location

As you have probably heard this year’s Conclave will be held at our very own Camp Durant.

If you have not coordinated a ride to camp on Friday, please speak with your Chapter Chief or Adviser to see if you can carpool.

Our Lodge will be staying at Poplar, Hickory, and Sweetgum Campsites during Conclave

Blood Drive

It’s not too late to register to give the gift of life at Conclave. The Red Cross will be at Conclave from 9 am – 2 pm and we have the ability to run 1 – 3 people every 15 minutes. It’s important that you sign up for a time-slot before this weekend so you get a great spot. You must be 18 years old or older to donate without parent permission at Conclave. Arrowman who are 16 or 17 years old can still donate with a parent permission form in hand. Click the blue button to download the permission form.

To sign up for a time-slot, click the red registration. You’ll have the ability to select a time slot between 9 am – 2 pm. If a time slot is not listed, it has already been taken by someone else. Walk-up blood drive registration is also available during Conclave.
