
What is LLD?:
Each year, the leaders of Occoneechee Lodge gather for a Lodge Leadership Development event. The purpose of the event is to build the team of lodge leaders who will guide Occoneechee Lodge for the coming year. The event consists of a number of training sessions that will help us all focus our attention on issues our lodge needs to again attain the National Quality Lodge distinction.
You, as a valued leader of Occoneechee, are invited to participate in this exciting event. As a leader, you know that your attendance is vital to your success in the coming year.
About This Year’s Event:
This year, Occoneechee Lodge will train the elected Chapter and Lodge Youth and Adult Leadership in November at the annual Lodge Leadership Development. The subjects have been selected and instructors recruited. They will use a National Order of the Arrow Outline for their subject presentation. NEW this year, LLD will be held entirely online for free. Using the Lodge’s new Training Portal, participants will be able to join courses held throughout the day and learn about various topics. See below for a copy of the schedule.

- End: 5:00 pm Saturday
How to Participate
- Be sure to pre-register for free using the button above, this will make sure you get all emails related to LLD.
- Prior to LLD, head to training.lodge104.net and create an account so you can join courses during LLD. This account is different from any other account you may have made before using one of our websites. Eventually, all our systems will use this one account to log in.
- On November 21st, you’ll return to this page a little before 9:00 am and you’ll click the button to view the course pages for the first block. On that page, you’ll log in with the account you made in the steps above and see the four different courses for that block. You then select the one you’d like to take and self-enroll. Once you enter the course, you’ll find the zoom link and any course materials for the training.
- When that training completes, you’ll move on to the next block.
