I hope you enjoyed this year’s Spring Inductions weekend and all that there was to offer! Overall, it was an extremely successful event. If you were unable to attend, put it on your calendars for next year because you don’t want to miss this event!
Spring Inductions was held on May 19-21. This weekend was filled with fun, fellowship, service, and most importantly, The Ordeal! The fun began on friday night with the Pre-Ordeal Ceremonies. We had three pre-ordeal teams that conducted six ceremonies. A big thank you to all who volunteered to be on ceremony teams and put in the large amounts of practice and memorization to make our ceremonies very memorable.
Saturday morning was service day! Both ordeal candidates and members partook in service. Many projects were completed that left Durant looking amazing. Once the Ordeal was completed, the Ordeal ceremonies took place later that night. To finish off a great day, THUNDERFEST was held! There were two Nintendo Switches, Slip n Slide Kickball, Nine square, Snow Cones, Volleyball, and the Carolina Hurricanes game was televised. Nevertheless, this was a great way to end off the night and cap off a great Spring Inductions!
