Needs: Medical Forms Parts A and B, Water Bottle, and Close Toed Shoes

General Information

Registration must be done online at the link above. Registration is limited to 75 so do’t delay and miss out! Deadline for registration is March 1st!

Closed toe shoes required (Tennis shoes are recommended)

Upon checking in, you will be given a schedule that contains a list of all of the activites to do. Some of these activities include Native American Dancing, Crafts, and Archery. Activities will run from 9:00 – 7:00.  Activites listed are subject to change. All attendees will be required to follow health guidelines and precautions that are put in place by Occoneechee Council Staff.

Please note the following:

    • All Webelos Scouts/youth must be accompanied by an adult.
    • Everyone in attendance must purchase a ticket using the link above, including adults.
    • Food will is included in the price of the event. The meals include a Friday night Cracker Barrel, Saturday breakfast and lunch.
