The new system may seem a bit complicated but it’s actually making us more productive and it helps us guarantee that everyone’s problems are solved.
One of the best features of this system is that it can often times answer your questions before you’ve even asked them. Check out the ‘Knowledgebase’ for a list of frequently asked questions.
If you can’t find your answer in the Knowledgebase, open a new ticket. Opening a ticket is just a fancy way of saying “start a conversation”. When you open a ticket, we’ll ask for your contact information, what the issue is, and any other details that can help us solve it. Once you submit your ticket, the entire conversation will be contained within the system.
We guarantee a response within 48 hours. If you haven’t heard from us in that time frame, check your spam folder, our reply may have ended up there. You may also want to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts, this will prevent our replies from going to spam.
