  You can view the entire Fall Fellowship Lodge Executive Committee Meeting Minutes here.  Please remember these are the tentative minutes, as they have not yet been approved by the committee.  Also, you will find attached in this email, the commentary for the minutes.  The commentary contains the highlights and some explanations from the minutes.

Chapter Leadership Summit:
  The section is hosting the latest CLS training at Camp Durant!  Dates: October 26-27, 2012.  Directed toward: Chapter Officers & Chapter Members. More info here.

Workdays:  Check out the latest info regarding conclave workdays here!  Great way to get service hours and cool stuff!

Lodge Leadership Development:  LLD is the lodge’s effort to train our arrowmen at Campbell University.  Great event to learn more about the OA!  You can register now (here)!  Date: November 10, 2012.  Directed toward: ALL lodge members.  More info here.

National Leadership Seminar:  This is an event hosted by the Southern Region in King, NC!  Dates: November: 16-18, 2012.  Directed toward: Chapter Chiefs & Lodge Committee Chairs & Lodge Officers.  The lodge will contribute to your registration fee and assist with transportation!  Sign up today!  More info here.  Contact: Stephen Nuttall and Kevin Blackwood.

Holiday Challenge/50 Miler:  Check out the latest information about the 50 miler here.

Winter Banquet:  Tickets are on sale now for our annual event on December 1st.  Event is open to everyone, please see your chapter adviser for obtaining a ticket.  (Prices: $13 until LLD, $18 until December 1, $20 at the door)
