What is LLD?:

Each year, Occoneechee Lodge members gather for Lodge Leadership Development. The purpose of this event is to build stronger leaders. Therefore, this event is a great opportunity for any Lodge member to learn new skills, partake in fellowship, and have a good time! The event consists of a number of training sessions that are helpful to all Arrowmen of this Lodge focusing on a variety of topics.

About This Year’s Event:

Lodge Leadership Development will take place November 14-15 at Camp Durant. LLD is the perfect chance to grow your leadership skills and connect with fellow Lodge members. Throughout the day there will be engaging training sessions designed to help you develop as a leader, whether or not you hold a formal position. LLD is open to all members of the Lodge. Members of the Lodge Executive Committee are expected to attend the full weekend event.
