When?

March 7th (two weekends before Spring Pow-Wow)
April 11th (weekend before Conclave!)
Why?
We want Camp Durant to look its best for our visiting Lodges! All Committee Chairmen are responsible for seeing that their program area is in the best possible condition.
Examples:
- Landscaping around the building is cleaned up, brush cleared, interior is clean, and exterior is in good condition (painting may be required and should be planned early)
- Campsites are spruced up, bath houses pressure-washed, shelters cleaned, and decking freshly weather-sealed.
- Growth along trails and roads is cut back to allow for easy parking and passage
Keep in mind that camp does not close at any time before Conclave, so we need to be ready on the final weekend to do a final sweep of all areas.
