Dear Members and Candidates,
n the interest of everyone’s safety, the planned Fall Fellowship and Ordeal Induction weekend, scheduled for September 14 – 16th is being rescheduled to October 19 – 21st, 2018. Vigil Gathering, which was scheduled for October 19 – 21st will be rescheduled. More information will be sent directly to vigil members at a later time.
All existing registrations for Fall Fellowship will be automatically moved to October 19 – 21st, 2018.
If you are an existing member and are unable to attend, you may request your registration fee to be applied to any of the 2019 events hosted by the Lodge or request a full refund.
If you are a candidate for the Ordeal and are unable to attend in October, you will be granted an automatic extension to either Spring Pow-Wow (March 15 -17th, 2019) or Spring Inductions (May 17 – 19th, 2019). You may also request a full refund.
If you are a Vigil member and have already registered for Vigil Gathering, your registration will automatically move to the new event date once decided. We will process refund requests for this once we announce the new date.
What you need to do:
- If moving to October is fine with you, do nothing.
- If you want to move to a date next year or would like a refund, fill out the form found when you click the button below.
You must do one of these two things above by Monday, October 1st or we will no longer be able to process your request.
