Check-in
Check-in begins at 5:00 pm on Friday. Please have the parking pass displayed on your dashboard. Traffic staff will direct you to the Occoneechee designated parking. Check-in will occur at Knoll campsite. Check-in will close at 8:00 pm and re-open the following morning.
Location
This Conclave is being held at Camp Raven Knob. The drive to camp is roughly 2.5 hours from Raleigh and 3 hours from Fayetteville.

If you have not coordinated a ride to camp on Friday, please speak with your Chapter Adviser to see if you can carpool.

Canned Food Drive
Do you want to have the best seats at the Saturday night show of Conclave? We do. Bring all the canned food your arms (or car) can carry. The Lodge that brings the most cans will get the best seats at Conclave, located right in front of the stage. You’ll be directed to drop off cans of food when you arrive.
Wear Those Banana Suits
The first 200 youth/youth + who registered for Conclave are getting a free banana suit when they check-in. We want to see everyone wearing it this weekend. The more spirit we show, the higher our chances of winning the coveted spirit cup. If you’re not receiving a free banana suit and haven’t bought a banana suit yet, the Trading Post will a couple extras to sell.

Meals at Conclave
Meals during Conclave are provided by the host Lodge. Please don’t forget to thank the cook crew for their service. For those with food allergies, we’re aware of them and so is the host lodge. Special meals are being made available for you. A copy of the proposed meals for this event can be found here.
Outdoor Release Form
Looking to do climbing or shooting sports at Conclave? Not without the release form. All members under the age of 18 must have a signed copy of the release form with them in order to participate in climbing or shooting spots. Print and have a parent sign it before arriving at camp.
Quest for the Golden Arrow
If you’re interested in competing in the Quest competitions as part of the Occoneechee team, please talk to the Vice Chief of Finance at conclave or send him an email: vcfinance@lodge104.com. He’ll be at check-in recruiting our team.
